A user is a person who signs in to Terminarena with their own user account and actively uses the appointment scheduler. This includes, for example, employees who manage appointments, handle bookings or control their own availability.

Each user works with their own login credentials and individually assigned permissions within your company. You decide which employees receive a user account and which permissions they have.

The Solo plan includes one user account. In the Team and Business plans, the number of user accounts is unlimited: you can add or remove users at any time.

Yes, VAT may be waived for orders from other EU countries (reverse charge procedure).

Please provide a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) during the checkout process. In this case, the invoice will be issued without VAT.

Yes, switching to another plan is possible at any time. An upgrade to a higher plan is activated immediately. A downgrade to a lower plan takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
