Refund Policy

When purchasing a license or subscription extension, you are buying a prepaid usage period. The selected period is activated immediately after a successful order, and the software remains fully available to you under your chosen plan throughout the entire subscription term. You may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewal only applies if it is included in the selected plan.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement for any reason within 14 days of completing a transaction in accordance with this refund policy. If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the relevant charges you have paid, unless during that 14-day period, you started using or benefiting from the product, when during your transaction you agreed for us to make the product available for your use before the end of that 14-day period.
